The STONEHEART years (1995 – 1996)
Members: Doug Pfleiger – Bass, Scott Stephens – Guitar, Gary Baker – Keyboards, Russ Downey – Drums, Sandy Croxton – Vocals

In early 1995 most of the members of Treason were itching to get back out and play some music. Nick had other commitments and was not available. A search went out across the local music scene for a singer to replace Nick. After numerous additions the band decided to take a different direction and choose a female singer. The band picked up Sandy and was immediately impressed with her vocal talents and work ethic. The band decided to change names to “StoneHeart”. They stopped playing originals for the most part and branched off into a somewhat new direction. Soon the band began playing clubs again including “Walsh’s tavern” in Warminster and the “Sandtrap” in Limerick. Over the next 2 years the band played constantly and enjoyed a growing following. At this time they picked up a new soundman – Randy Scholl. Randy had tons of experience and over the years became the unofficial 6th member of the band. Sadly StoneHeart split up before the full potential of the band could be realized.
