TREASON returns (2002 - present)
Members: Brian Moyer – Bass, Scott Stephens – Guitar, Doug Landis – Keyboards, Russ Downey – Drums, Nick Sinnott – Vocals

In early 2002 Doug Landis was finally available to join back up again with Treason (Doug had been playing with the Philadelphia Funk Authority). The band knew they had to snatch him up before any other local bands got their hooks in him. The core member of Treason reunited and once again the search was on for a singer. The band auditioned many singers and had planned on getting a male singer. Those plans quickly changed when Debbie walked in for the audition. She blew the band away with her great voice and amazing stage presence. Debbie joined up the next day and quickly the band picked up a bunch of newer tunes and dusted off a number of the old Treason classics as well. Russ also began to take over a larger part of the vocal duties at this time. With this great one, two punch of Debbie and Russ on vocals the band sounded better than ever. They quickly developed a new, large following and began playing everywhere. A new favorite spot was the “Wagon Wheel” in Quakertown. The band also played a great deal of parties and events all over Pennsylvania. This new version of Treason was a hit and people who hadn’t seen the band for many years began coming out again. The band played and sounded as good as they ever had. They continued to play the Beach party every year as well as the Red Hill 4th of July celebration.

During this time Treason wrote and recorded their first CD. Made up of 12 originals and 1 cover tune, this CD highlights the songwriting talents of Scott, Russ and Doug Landis. The CD also has many former members of Treason featured on it.

In 2005 Debbie left Treason to pursue a much more lucrative gig singing in a top rate wedding band. Fortunately for Treason Sandy was willing and able to step in to fill Deb’s shoes. Sandy learned the tunes in record time and added her own signature to them.

In the fall of 2006 something big happened. Nick rejoined the band along with Brian on bass. Playing all your favorite tunes from the 70's, 80's and more Treason is back and better (and louder) than ever. Check out the new, old Treason. This is a show you don't want to miss.
